Quadra’s leadership team is monitoring the crisis as it evolves on a daily basis. We are adjusting our operations appropriately and in line with Government advice in order to maintain continuity, as well as support the safety and health of our clients, customers and employees.
Our advanced claims management system and prior continuity planning has minimised disruption from changes in working locations and processes for our staff, and as such we are currently addressing all work within usual timescales.
In regard to site visits, while keeping social distancing guidance in mind, these will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. We have remote assessment processes in place but when this is not suitable, we will arrange site visits to inspect and verify damage. Any site visits will follow measures agreed in advance to minimise contact and maintain safe working environment for all.
