With 2022 now well underway, we are delighted to welcome Kelly Harland to the Quadra Claims team. Kelly started as our new Client Relationship Manager on 17th January 2022.
With more than 30 years working within the insurance market, Kelly’s extensive experience delivering positive customer, supplier and partner relationships makes her an ideal addition to our expanding team. She joins us from LV= where she has managed claims and supplier relationships for the past 11 years, and has previously worked for several esteemed insurers including Churchill and Towergate.
Given her proven expertise training others on customer care, we’re confident Kelly will be fundamental in helping us to further develop and foster long-term client relationships, whilst simultaneously delivering exceptional customer service.
With this new addition to the Quadra Claims family in January, we are excited to see what key changes Kelly will implement to improve our processes, and bolster our ability to exceed the expectations of our clients throughout 2022 and beyond.
