As we step into spring, the season of new beginnings, it’s only fitting that we share with you some exciting new steps that four of our staff members are taking in their burgeoning careers.
We’re pleased to announce that three individuals from the Quadra team have been promoted into the new role of Field Manager and will each be responsible for overseeing a selected team of loss adjusters, predominantly providing technical and other support to ensure their allocated adjusters are able to perform their roles but also grow and develop as claims professionals in their own right.
These new appointments and structural changes are cohesive with our supportive, mentoring culture here at Quadra. The individuals that have been promoted have proven technical knowledge and experience and are considered trusted hands when dealing with claims. Our newly promoted Field Managers are Richard Wilson, Steve Willis and James Fairbairn.
The fourth individual who has recently been promoted is Simon Pindar, he has enthusiastically taken on the role of Complaints Manager. Simon has a wealth of experience looking after customers in the insurance sector, resolving complaints and managing service. Simon, who joined Quadra in 2021, has stated that he views this promotion as an opportunity to make a difference and learn new skills, such as such as data analytics and reporting to senior management.
With these promotions, we are delighted to both recognise our staff’s expertise and present them with new opportunities to develop their skills and take the next step in their careers.
