A Crafted Specialist Repair Network
Our contractor network was originally created to support our loss adjusters. Only those contractors with sufficient skill and expertise to meet the profile of our work, which includes Heritage and HNW accounts, were selected and it soon became apparent that there was a demand for our vetted and approved contractors even for those straightforward cases where our appointment as Loss Adjusters was not really warranted. With a real demand for direct access, Quadrassist has been refined to offer both validation and repair services for all types of building claims. We now have almost 100 contractors working for us, each one meeting our rigorous due diligence processes, enabling us to provide a truly national service to every one of our clients and their customers.
Hand Picked Contractors
Every approved contractor will have passed our rigorous due diligence process to meet the high standards we demand and likewise to surpass those that we know our clients set. The network comprises more than contractors though. It includes Chartered Surveyors, Structural Architectural and Planning Consultants, Drainage and Environmental specialists and even specialist lawyers to support our dedicated Environmental and Real Estate services . All suppliers are subject to our ongoing performance management managed internally and headed by Mike Dupelycz Bsc FRICS FCILA.
Putting your Customers First
It is only right that at the time of a claim, customers should demand the highest levels of service. This is therefore our number one ambition. Customer choice is key and we only ever offer the network when we feel it offers a tangible benefit. Customers always remain free to use their own contractor, but by acting proactively we not only manage repairs but help with their emergency needs immediate post-loss. For example by using loss mitigation specialists and disaster recovery services.
Accurate and Transparent Validation
There are some simple measurements of our success; have claims been settled within the terms of the policy, at the right level and is the customer satisfied. Our loss reporting is therefore clear and concise about how the loss occurred, what has been damaged, how this is being mitigated, the scope of repairs and cost. Our contractor service is entirely transparent, ensuring that we deliver measurable value for money. In order to achieve this, our pricing process includes a referral to an independent estimator to validate both scope and cost of proposed works so that we can continually benchmark validation. Getting this right means our contractor relationships have become entirely collaborative, benefiting from effective communication. This being reflected in the measurements of success Quadrassist enjoys.
